I'm Joshua Ibeawuchi. My background is in guest service and hospitality in Amsterdam, where I learned how much care goes into making someone feel genuinely looked after.

I created the concierge service at Joebase for visitors and locals who value their time and want their plans to feel like their own. It begins with listening closely, setting clear expectations, and finding the right people for each request.

No. They are indicative planning fees. Supplier prices are separate and are confirmed before any booking.

Can you guarantee a reservation or access?

No. Reservations and special requests depend on each supplier's availability and rules. We will explain what is confirmed and what remains a request.

Can you book my whole trip?

We currently focus on planning, recommendations and agreed coordination in the Netherlands. Travel packages and combined bookings may need a different arrangement.

Do you help with one evening?

Yes. A thoughtful dinner, a birthday surprise or a single afternoon can be a great place to start.
